河北省全民生态环境教育的策略研究——基于日本修复环境的经验视角

National Strategy Research on the Ecological Environment Education in Hebei Province——Based on Japan's Restoration Environment Experience

保护环境,教育为本。加强全民的终身环境教育,是提高居民的环保素养、增强环保行为能力、彻底改善环境的重要策略之一。日本从上世纪五六十年代的"公害大国"发展成为如今的"环保大国",期间全民高水平的环保素养起到了至关重要的作用。文章基于日本修复环境的经验视角,从环境教育的内容、环境教育基地的建设、环境教育资源的共享等角度入手,结合河北省的实际情况,在加强环境教育内容建设、重视环境人才的培养、加强各联动机制等方面进行了探析。

Education is essential in protecting environment.Life-long environment education is one of the important strategies to improve citizen's environmental literacy,enhance environmental protection capacity and improve environment.Japan,known as "Public Hazards country" between 1950s and1960s,has developed into the "country for environmental protection".The high level of environmental protection literacy of the whole country plays a very important role.In this paper,based on Japan's environmental restoration experience,analyses are carried out from the following aspects:strengthening the environment education,cultivating environmental talents and enhancing resource sharing from the contents of environment education,constructing environment education base and the sharing environment education resources in the context of Hebei province.
