摘要
在"一带一路"倡议的指引下,越来越多的中国企业通过"走出去"承包了海外工程项目的建设。工程总承包项目的现场施工管理直接关系到项目的成本、进度和质量,特别是项目现场物资管理。现场物资管理涉及采购、设备监理、现场施工、调试验收等诸多环节,现场物资管理得好,可有效地节约成本,提高物资的使用率,能够保证项目顺利完工。文章结合实际案例,通过分析海外工程总承包项目物资管理现状,明确项目现场物资管理的重要性,提出加强项目现场物资管理的措施,为保证海外工程项目正常开展提供有力保障。
With the guidance of the Belt & Road initiative, more and more Chinese companies have “gone out” to contract overseas EPC projects. The on-site construction management is directly related to the project cost, schedule and quality, and especially material management which involves procurement, equipment supervision, on-site construction, debugging and acceptance, etc. Good on-site material management can save the cost and improve the utilization of materials, helping smooth completion of the project. Through case study, this paper analyzes the present situation of overseas EPC material management and its importance, and puts forward measures for better on-site management. This is a kind of good guarantee for doing overseas EPC projects successfully.
