农村水利人才队伍建设现状与对策——以湖北省三县区调研为例

Construction of Rural Water Conservancy Talents in Hubei Province——A Case Study of Jiangxia District,Jingzhou District,and Tongcheng County

湖北省农村水利实用人才严重不足,已不能满足农村水利事业改革与发展的需要。基于对江夏区、荆州区和通城县的调研,分析了湖北省农村基层水利人才队伍现状、存在的问题,并提出了加强农村水利人才队伍建设的对策与建议,以期对湖北省农村的水利人才队伍建设提供参考。

In Hubei Province , rural water conservancy practical talents shortage has been unable tomeet the needs of reform and development of rural water conservancy. Based on the research ofrural grass-roots water conservancy talents troop situation in Jiangxia District, Jingzhou districtand Tongcheng County ？the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the construction of rural water conservancy talents are proposed to provide reference for Hubti Province Rural Water Conservancy talent team construction.
