摘要
教育硕士对经济的发展、科技的进步、教育的发展具有重大的推动作用。我国开展在职教育硕士培养工作的时间不长,应正视在职教育硕士在课程教学中面临的困境,结合在职教育硕士课程教学目标的职业性、实践性与复合性的特点,从课程教学的"有效性""有用性"和"发展性"三个视角出发,重新定位课程教学目标,促进在职教育硕士的发展。
Master of Education(M. Ed) plays an important role in promoting the development of economy, the progress of technology, and the development of education. In-service Master of Education has a relatively short history in China. The essence of the teaching objective of in-service M. Ed programs is professional, practical and complex. Bearing these requirements and proceeding from effectiveness, usefulness and development of course teaching, this paper examines the predicament which the in-service M. Ed programs are facing and tries to redefine the teaching objectives of the courses so as to promote the development of these programs.
