轮机工程技术专业海上认识实习教学策略研究与实践

摘要 基于青岛远洋船员职业学院与深圳远洋运输有限公司校企合作下轮机工程技术专业海上认识实习实施过程,从安全教育、在船学生管理、值班安排、学习模式等方面进行分析研究。为提高海上认识实习效果,应优化海上认识实习管理细则,健全学生成绩考核体系,编写基于船舶实际的专用实习教材,创建认识实习项目资源库,构建海上认识实习新模式,助航专业课教学,从而保障船舶生产与教学的顺利进行,筑牢校企合作新模式。 This paper analyzes and studies the implementation process of the practice of Marine cognition practice, based on Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College with Shenzhen ocean shipping co., LTD., from the aspects of safety education, the management of ship student management, on-duty arrangement, learning mode and so on, optimizes the understanding of the management rules of the maritime cognition practice, improves the student performance appraisal system, writes the practical teaching materials based on the actual ship of the ship, establishes the understanding of the project resource library, constructs the new model of the maritime cognition practice, helps the teaching of the aviation specialized courses, thus ensures the smooth progress of the ship production and teaching, builds up the new model of the university enterprise cooperation, enhances the understanding of the practice in the sea, and provides reference and reference to the relevant enterprises and colleges.
