远洋船员由于环境独特,必须现场实施小手术以确保船员的健康和安全。针对高级船员的《船上医护》小手术训练优化就显得尤为迫切。本文从理论准备、场地要求、设备器械与耗材准备、实训分组安排、术前准备、清洗皮肤、清洗伤口、浸润麻醉、探查修剪、对位缝合、定期换药与拆线等多个环节,详细介绍了实施船舶小手术训练的组织过程、操作要点以及注意事项,规范了操作流程和动作标准,制定出了一套实训评估标准,对广大航海院校和相关培训机构开展《船上医护》小手术实训教学具有积极的示范意义和指导作用。

Due to the unique environment, some minor surgery must be performed on site to ensure the health and safety of seafarers. It is particularly urgent to optimize the training of minor surgical operations for senior crew. This paper provides a detailed introduction on the organization process, operating points and considerations, the operation process and operation standards for implementing shipboard minor surgery training as well as a set of training evaluation criteria, from the aspects of theoretical preparations, site requirements, equipment and supplies, training group arrangement. The paper also standardizes for steps of preoperative preparation, skin cleaning, wound washing, anesthesia infiltration, exploration, pruning, suture and regular dressing stitches, etc. The paper has a positive demonstration significance and plays a guiding role for the maritime colleges and related training institutions to carry out the medical practice teaching of minor surgical operations training.
