摘要
作为传统教学模式的创新,"校企合作"教学模式对于学校人才培养效果提升和企业人才需求高效满足有着重要的价值。但当前"校企合作"教学模式运行中仍然存在诸如缺乏必要政策指导、运行机制不健全、企业与学生观念滞后等问题,为此,校企合作相关者要通过准确定位校企合作、构建长效合作机制、建立双重评价机制、完善双导师制、深化校企合作体系等方面来加以优化。
As the innovation and development of the traditional teaching mode, the teaching mode of"school-enterprise cooperation"has a very important value for both the effect of school personnel training and the high efficiency of enterprise talent demand. However,there are still many problems in the teaching mode of"school-enterprise cooperation"which is practically implemented in the marketing specialty of colleges and universities. How to innovate the teaching mode is an important topic in front of schools and enterprises in combination with the actual situation of the current market and enterprise development.
