绿色城市是近二十年来兴起并迅速发展的城市建设主流方向,是城市绿色经济发展的载体和必然选择。绿色城市指标体系的构建与评价是绿色经济的重要组成部分,为进一步建设绿色城市提供指导。在定性与定量结合的基础上,以科学性、系统性和层次性为原则,构建了3层包含正向和负向共16项指标为主要内容的绿色城市评价指标体系,对47个大中城市的绿色发展水平进行评价。

Green city is the main direction of urban construction which has sprung up and developed rapidly in the past 20 years.And it is the carrier and the inevitable choice of the urban green economy. The construction and evaluation of the green city index system is an important part of the green economy and provide guidance for the further construction of the green city. On the basis of qualitative and quantitative research, this study constructs a three-level green city evaluation index system with three main contents, including 16 positive and negative indicators, which is based on the principle of science, system and level. In this paper, the level of green development in 47 large and medium cities has been evaluated.
