摘要
研究了不同粘度系数的液晶扩散速率,测试了小尺寸液晶显示器件ODF(One Drop Filling)工艺中液晶与边框胶的距离对边框胶穿刺的影响。实验确定了液晶与边框胶的安全距离,有效地解决了ODF工艺中常见的边框胶穿刺问题。
The diffusion rate of liquid crystal with different viscosity coefficients was studied. The influence of the distance be-tween the liquid crystal and the frame glue on the border glue puncture in the process of the small size liquid crystal display device ODF (One Drop Filling) has been tested. The safe distance between the liquid crystal and the frame glue is determined, which effec-tively solves the common problem with border glue puncture in the ODF process.
