立式活套安装方法

摘要 本施工方法主要是探讨立式活套的安装方法,适用于各个立式活套立体框架形式钢结构安装、轨道组件安装、立式轨道检测找正等。针对立式活套钢结构框架特点,将活套传动侧和操作侧结构分两段在地面拼装后进行吊装,保证安装质量、提高施工效率。研制立式活套轨道模块组装技术,针对活套轨道结构形式复杂、传统安装方式难度大的问题,在地面分段完成轨道结构模块组装及找正,减少高空作业,降低安装难度。研制活套车轨道检测技术,采取移动小车光电技术找正轨道,避免采用经纬仪反复读数造成的人为误差。针对活套顶部结构平台散件较多,设备底座数量多、精度要求高,高空占用行车时间长的问题,研究平台结构和设备底座整体安装技术,提高施工效率。 This construction method mainly deals with the installation method of vertical loop, which is suitable for the steel structure installation, track assembly installation, vertical track detection and alignment of each vertical loop frame form. According to the characteristics of vertical loop steel structure frame, the loop drive side and the operating side structure are divided into two sec-tions to be hoisted on the ground to ensure the installation quality and improve the construction efficiency. The vertical loop track module assembly technology is developed. Aiming at the complicated structure of loop track and the difficulty of traditional installa-tion mode, the track structure module assembly and alignment are completed in the ground segment, so that the overhead operation is reduced and the installation difficulty is reduced. In order to avoid the artificial error caused by repeated reading of theodolite, the track detection technology of loop car is developed and the photoelectric technology of moving trolley is adopted to find the correct track. In view of the problem that there are more parts of loop roof structure platform, the number of equipment base is large, the precision requirement is high, and the traveling time is long, so the whole installation technology of platform structure and equipment base is studied to improve the construction efficiency.
