钢桥面板疲劳裂纹与维修对策

钢桥面板多使用于悬索桥或斜拉桥等长大桥梁,在使用过程中桥面板(尤其焊接部分)较易产生疲劳裂纹。文章从钢桥面板的疲劳裂纹类型、相应维修方法、检测技术和桥面铺装等方面全面介绍了日本相关的经验及最新技术,为中国今后钢桥面养护提供参考。

Steel bridge panels are mostly used in long bridges such as suspension bridges or cable-stayed bridges. In the process of the use of it, the deck slab （especially the welded part） is easy to produce fatigue cracks. This paper introduces the relevant ex-perience and the latest technology in Japan in the aspects of fatigue crack type, corresponding maintenance method, inspection tech-nology and deck pavement of steel bridge slab, which provides reference for the maintenance of steel bridge deck in China in the fu-ture.
