脉搏波RBP-6100电子血压计测量血压值的可靠性与安全性 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨脉搏波RBP-6100电子血压计测量血压值的可靠性及安全性。方法选取2015年1月至2017年5月就诊的94例患者作为研究对象。先通过把脉测定患者的脉搏数,再测定患者的血压,将脉搏波RBP-6100电子血压计和水银柱式血压计置于患者同一侧手臂上测量血压,30 min内用同样的方法测量3次,对比两种血压计测量的准确性及安全性。结果以水银柱式血压计测量值为参照,脉搏波RBP-6100电子血压计收缩压的偏差为0.21 mm Hg,标准偏差为2.05 mm Hg,舒张压数据的偏差为0.42 mm Hg,标准偏差为2.59 mm Hg。两种血压计测量收缩压和舒张压数值一致性较高,误差均在±5 mm Hg以内。两种血压计对各类型疾病患者测量值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。测量过程中,患者均无不良事件发生。结论脉搏波RBP-6100电子血压计所测血压值准确率高且稳定,操作简单,受操作者和周围环境影响较小,安全可靠。 Objective To investigate the reliability and safety of Maibobo RBP-6100 electronic sphygmomanometer in testing the blood pressure. MethodsThe subjects of this study were selected from 94 cases of patients admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017. Patients’ pulse rate was felt first, then their blood pressure was tested for 3 times with 30 min using one Maibobo RBP-6100 electronic sphygmomanometer and one mercury sphygmomanometer on the same arm. The accuracy and safety of the measurement between the two types of sphygmomanometers were compared. ResultsWith reference to results of mercury sphygmomanometer test, Maibobo RBP-6100 electronic sphygmomanometer has a 0.21 mmHg deviation in systolic pressure for which the standard deviation was 2.05 mmHg, and a 0.42 mmHg deviation in diastolic pressure for which the standard deviation was 2.05 mmHg. The two types of sphygmomanometers had a high consistency in measuring systolic pressure and diastolic pressure with a difference within ±5 mmHg. No big difference was seen between the two sphygmomanometers in testing various patients (P〉0.05), neither was there any adverse reaction. ConclusionMaibobo RBP-6100 electronic sphygmomanometer is easy to use and has a high level of accuracy and stability. Being safe, reliable and less subject to its user or the environment, it’s worth further clinical promotion.
