摘要
乌鲁木齐城市轨道交通1号线穿越活动断层区域采用的宽枕板是一种新型轨道结构,为验证宽枕板的制造、吊运及其力学特性满足工程需求,对宽枕板进行试制及试验研究。按照先张法预应力结构设计宽枕板,并制定宽枕板试制工艺及型式尺寸检验要求,基于有限元分析方法确定静载试验的检验荷载并进行宽枕板静载抗裂试验。结果表明:按照设计生产工艺制造的宽枕板,其制造误差可以控制在设计允许的范围内,吊运方便且稳定,可以满足工程需求,其静载抗裂特性可以满足工程需求。
The broad sleeper slab employed by Urban Rail Transit Line 1 of Urumqi in active fault zone is a new track structure. In order to verify the manufacture,hoisting,transportation as well as mechanical properties of the broad sleeper slab,trial manufacture and experimental research of the broad sleeper slab are carried out. The broad sleeper slab is designed on the basis of pre-tensioning structure,its trail manufacture method and dimension inspection requirements are established. The check load of static test is determined based on FE analysis method,and the static load test of broad sleeper slab is carried out.The results show that based on the production process of the broad sleeper slab,manufacturing error can be controlled within the allowance of design and the slab can be hoisted and transported easily and stably,which meet the requirement of engineering and the characteristics of crack resistance under static load also meet the requirement of engineering.
