摘要
利用2013年第五次国家卫生服务陕西省60岁及以上老年人调查数据,计算不同地区集中指数并进行集中指数分解,测量陕西省不同地区老年人卫生服务利用的公平性及其影响因素。结果显示,陕西省各地区老年人的卫生服务利用公平性一般,不公平来源存在地区差异,需要因地制宜制定相关政策。
Using the data of the fifth National Health Service survey in 2013 in Shaanxi province among elderly aged 60 years and over,this paper calculated the concentration index of different regions and decomposed the concentration indexes,and measured the fairness of elderly＇s health service utilization in different areas of Shaanxi Province and its influencing factors.The results showed that the equity of elderly＇s health services utilization in various regions of Shaanxi are fair,and there are regional differences in inequity,and relevant policies should be formulated according to local conditions.
