摘要
以LJ63XZ系列冰箱压缩机的曲轴连杆活塞机构作为研究对象,开展了压缩机的曲轴连杆活塞机构的运动模拟仿真分析,采用Solid Works软件建立了曲轴连杆活塞的三维模型,利用MATLAB软件绘制了活塞的位移、速度和加速度曲线。活塞运动分析结果表明,活塞运动到上止点处的加速度达到最大值。从而导致活塞端面在其上止点时所受压强较大,此时,传递到连杆和曲轴的应力达到极值,因此在活塞运动到上止点会面临较大的应力和磨损工况。
The crankshaft connecting rod piston mechanism of LJ63XZ refrigerator compressor is taken as the research object,and the simulation and analysis of the piston linkage mechanism of the crankshaft connecting rod is carried out, The 3D model of crankshaft connecting rod piston is established by using SolidWorks software, The displacement, velocity and acceleration curves were drawn by MATLAB software.The results of the piston motion analysis show that its acceleration reaches maximum when the piston moves to the upper dead point.Resulting in high pressure on piston end surface, at the same time, the stress transferred to the connecting rod and crankshaft comes to extreme value, as a result, the connecting rod and crankshaft sufer great stress and wearing at this point.
