摘要
介绍了合肥通用机械研究院研制的多元高分子复合材料在密封产品中的应用现状,并列举出其在通用机械、煤气化炉、多晶硅还原炉及旋转接头中的应用案例。工程应用表明,该材料具有高强度、低磨损和长寿命等优良的综合性能。同时也简述了特殊工况下的密封失效案例。为了适应创新产品的技术发展要求,提出了协同智能制造的展望。
The status and prospects applications of multiple element polymer composite materials in sealing technology were introduced. Application examples on general machine, coal gasifler, multibarrel reducing furnace and rotating joint were cited. The engineering application situation showed that the material had performance characteristics such as high strength, low-wear,long-life ect. And The sealing failure case under special conditions was described. The prospects of the synergic production were proposed, in order to adapt technology developments of production innovation.
