摘要
航天产品的品种多、批量小、装配工艺要求高且以手工装配为主,对装配操作者提出了很高的要求。针对航天产品在生产过程中操作者装配引导训练的需求,分析了产品拆装工艺操作流程和现场状态信息,提出了面向增强现实装配引导的工艺信息建模方法,在计算机视觉识别和三维环境感知技术基础上,研制了包含装配作业现场操作指导、关键部件检验记录功能的一体化训练系统,为装配操作者提供智能辅助支持,有利于提高航天产品生产效率。
Aerospace products with many varieties, small quantities and high assembly process requirements, are usually assembled manually, which brings a very high demand on assembly operators. In order to provide cognitively com-prehensible assembly operation guidance for operators, both operation instruction and on-site operation experience have been analyzed, and then a process information modeling method for on-site aware augmented reality (AR) operation guid-ance system has been studied. On the basis of computer vision techniques of object recognition, behavior recognition and 3D object tracking, a prototype system for aerospace product assembly operation training has been implemented, realizing both on-site AR guidance and automatic operation recording, which improves the effciency and accuracy of manual opera-tion tasks.
