温阳健脾汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化疗效观察

Observation of effect of Wenyang Jianpi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia

目的:观察温阳健脾汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化患者的疗效。方法:选慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化患者100例,按随机数字法分为两组各50例。对照组采用山莨菪碱联合奥美拉唑治疗,观察组采用温阳健脾汤治疗,观察两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后3周、6周、9周及12周证候积分,低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗12周后两组患者药物不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化患者采用温阳健脾汤治疗效果较好。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Jianpi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia. Methods: 100 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia were randomly divided into control group( n = 50) and observation group( n = 50). The control group was treated with Anisodamine combined with Omeprazole,while the observation group was treated with Wenyang Jianpi decoction. In two groups,the clinical effect was determined by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). Results: Compared the symptom scores in 2 groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant( P> 0. 05). At 3 weeks,6 weeks,9 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the symptom scores of observation group were lower than control group( P < 0. 05). After 12 weeks of treatment,the incidences of adverse drug reactions of patients in two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the clinical effects of patients in two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusions: The clinical effect of Wenyang Jianpi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia is ideal,and worth of promoting application.
