After World War II,classical Chinese literature has being accelerated to spread in the English world. In this period of history,a series of phenomena are worthy of attention：（ 1） The founding of the People＇s Republic of China created new possibility for the literature to spread westward;（ 2） The English translation of classical literature has made a variety of art forms;（ 3） The concept of world center has changed dramatically;（ 4） The iteration of ethos has promoted the idea innovation;（ 5） Digital revolution has brought out the construction of global information infrastructure（ GII）;（ 6） Studying abroad has become one important way for literature transmission.
