农村居民文化养老环境改善路径研究——以提升生活满意度为视角

Research on improving the rural residents' cultural environment of aging people's security system—from the perspective of improving life satisfaction

青岛市农村老年人养老问题严峻,文化生活单调,情感慰藉难以满足。以青岛市137位60岁以上农村老年人为调查对象,运用spss19.0统计软件对有效数据进行频数(N)、百分比(%)、平均值(M)、标准差(SD)、相关(r)分析。结果显示:农村老年人对生活较为满意,且生活满意度与孝文化、文化生活态度呈正相关;农村老年人孝文化观念较为传统,文化生活态度积极;农村老年人更多愿参与休闲消遣和社会交往类活动,但文化生活存在需要干预的困境。据此,本研究提出要改善文化养老环境,转变全社会传统的养老观念;子女应尊重和认同老年人,支持其从事文化养老活动;政府应该增加农村文化生活设施建设,发挥社会组织作用,开展符合农村老年人特点的文化活动。

The pension problem of rural elderly people in Qingdao city is severe, their cultural life is monotonous, and it is hard to satisfy emotional comfort. In this research, the statistic software spss19.0 is used to analyze the frequency number, the percentage, the mean, the standard deviation and the correlation of the valid data, which collected from 178 rural elders over 60 in Qingdao. The results show that the rural elderly are relatively satisfied with their lives, and the life satisfaction is positively correlated with filial culture and cultural life attitude; the concept of filial piety is more traditional in rural areas, and the cultural life is positive; the rural elderly are more willing to participate in leisure and social activities, but there is a need for intervention in cultural life. Accordingly, this research proposes the concept of the rural residents' cultural environment of aging people's security system, transforming the traditional pension of the whole society; children should respect and identity with the elderly, and support their parents in their efforts to work on cultural endowment activities; the government should increase the construction of rural cultural living facilities, play the role of social organization and the social organization, and carry out cultural activities that meet the characteristics of the rural elderly.
