摘要
本文设计了仿古铸铁的实验室模拟土壤腐蚀实验装置,采用失重法和电化学分析,对含水率在2.39%~17.73%的砂土模拟装置中的仿古铸铁的腐蚀规律进行研究,分析了含水率对仿古铸铁土壤腐蚀的影响。实验结果表明,试样的腐蚀速率随着砂土含水率的减少先增大后减小,腐蚀速率最大处位于含水率9.13%左右的位置。比较不同类的铸铁发现,模拟古代灰口铸铁较白口铸铁更容易发生腐蚀。
The laboratory simulation of soil corrosion for archaeological cast iron was designed by weight-loss method and electrochemical analysis. When the moisture content was 2.39% ~17.73% of the sandy soil in the simulator, corrosion behavior of archaeological cast iron was studied, the influence of moisture content of soil corrosion archaeological cast iron was analyzed. The results indicated that the corrosion rate of sample was increased initially and reduced with the decrease of moisture content, and the maximum corrosion rate was about 9.13% moisture content. Comparing different cast iron found that the simulate gray cast iron was more likely to corrosion than simulate white cast iron.
