集体林权制度改革对农户收入影响的实证研究

Empirical Study on the Impact of Collective Forest Right System Reform on Farmers' Income

本文基于云南省集体林权制度改革前后农村地区430个家庭微观调查数据,根据农户收入方程,构建计量模型实证分析集体林权制度改革对农户家庭收入的影响。研究结果表明:林权制度改革显著正向影响农户收入,生产资本投入、教育和非农务工对农户收入也起到正向影响。林权制度改革引发农户对林业的重视,但并不能解决农户的再投资问题,需要逐步地完善各类配套措施。

Using rural household data from 430 families in Yunnan Province before and after the forest right reform,this paper analyzes the effect of the collective forest right system reform on farmer 's income by the econometric model with farmers' human capital equation and production function. It is found that: the reform of forest rights can significantly affect farmer 's income,and production of capital investment,education and nonagricultural employment also have positive effect on farmers' income. Forest right reform makes farmers concern forestry,but it cannot solve the problem of farmers ' reinvestment. Therefore,all kinds of policies should be perfected.
