收入不确定性与农户人力资本投资

Uncertainty of Income and Human Capital Investment in Rural Household

基于2001—2013年省际面板数据,在测度收入不确定性基础上,研究了不确定性的程度、方向和心理因素对于农户人力资本投资的影响。结果表明:收入的不确定性程度、方向和心理因素对农户人力资本投资具有显著的负向影响,农户人力资本投资表现出强烈的空间自相关性。基于此,提出促进我国农户人力资本投资的对策建议。

Based on the provincial panel data from 2001 to 2013,this paper studies the influence of uncertainty degree,direction and psychological factors on the investment of human capital through measuring income uncertainty. The results show that the degree of uncertainty,the direction and the psychological factors all have a significant negative impact on human capital investment in rural household,and human capital investment in rural household shows a strong spatial autocorrelation. Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the investment of human capital in rural household in our country.
