新生代农民工就业质量不仅反映其自身的工作状况,也从一定程度上间接映射出二级劳动市场就业质量的好坏。系统全面地分析当前新生代农民工的就业质量,能客观的把握次级劳动力市场的就业现状。在参考相关文献中就业质量指标的基础上,结合新生代农民工独特的特点,建立全方位多维度的就业质量评价指标体系。用AHP方法对评价指标赋权重,结合模糊评判法进行综合评价。

The employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers not only reflects their own working status,but also indirectly reflects the employment quality of secondary labor market. This article comprehensively analyses the current employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers,which can objectively grasp the employment status of secondary labor market. On the basis of the employment quality indicators in the relevant literature,combined with the unique characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers,this paper establishes a comprehensive multidimensional evaluation index system of employment quality. AHP method is used to comprehensively evaluate the weight of the evaluation index,combined with the fuzzy evaluation method.
