习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的发展与创新——基于党的十八大和十九大报告的文献计量分析

The Development and Innovation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era——Based on Bibliometric Analysis about the Report of the 18th and 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

习近平总书记所作的党的十九大报告把十八大以来党的理论创新成果概括为新时代中国特色社会主义思想,党的十九大通过的党章修正案正式把习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想确立为党的行动指南。为了更准确描述并深刻把握习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的精神实质和丰富内涵,本研究主要采用政策文献计量法,以党的十八大和十九大报告文本为研究对象,运用NLPIR软件对文本进行语义智能处理,分别导出其关键词、高频词、新词,并从经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设五个维度,对党的十八大和十九大报告进行文献计量和比较分析。在全面把握两份报告总体精神的基础上,认识和理解习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的发展和创新。

The report which delivered at the 19th National Congress of the CPC by General Secretary Xi Jinping,summered the CPC’s theoretical innovations since the 18th National Congress of the CPC into the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.The amendment of the CPC Constitution which passed at the 19th National Congress,that formally adopted Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as the CPC's action guide.In order to describe accurately and grasp profoundly about the spiritual essence and rich connotation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,this article used policometrics method and take the report texts of the 18th and 19th National Congress of the CPC as research object.We applied NLPIR software to semantic intelligent processing for the reports,and derived the key words,high frequency words,new words respectively.From the five dimensions of economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction,this article made a bibliometric and comparative analysis on the reports of the 18th and19th National Congress of the CPC.On the basis of comprehensively grasping the overall spirit of the two reports,we could recognize and understand the development and innovation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
