Analysis on the Event of Water-Luo City of Renzong in Song Dynasty——Discussing Political Ideas and Relations Between Civilian Officials and Military Officials in Northern Song Dynasty

宋仁宗庆历三年,刘沪主持修筑水洛城以招附来降藩部和预防西夏进攻。水洛城事件是北宋对夏战争和仁宗朝党争研究的焦点问题之一。通过对以余靖为代表的仁宗朝朝臣在水洛城修筑前后的政治主张与表现的梳理,可以对北宋文臣武将间的关系以及这一时期朝臣为政理念的特点有一个清晰的再认识。
