保定曲阳北岳庙的建筑文化

The Architectural Culture of Beiyue Temple of Quyang County of Baoding City

北岳庙,位于河北省保定市曲阳县城南隅,是历代封建帝王、官宦名人、民间百姓祭祀"北岳恒山之神"的场所。北岳庙坐北朝南,为道教宫观建筑,砖石土木结构,建筑精巧,雕梁画栋,气势雄伟,颇为壮观。现存主要建筑为元代遗存,是河北省著名的古代建筑之一。

Beiyue temple, located in the southwest corner of Quyang county, Hebei province, is the place which ancient feudal emperors, officials and common people offer sacrifices to ＂God of Mount Hengshan＂. Beiyue temple, Taoist architectural style, which leaned against north towards south, masonry civil structure, magnificently decorated building. The major existing buildings are the remains of the Yuan Dynasty, and it is one of the famous ancient buildings in Hebei.
