摘要
[目的]探讨临床护士岗位目标评价体系在骨科病房的应用效果。[方法]建立临床护士岗位目标评价体系,明确每个指标的评价方法;以管理者评价(他评)的形式对87名骨科护士采取问询、资料查阅、实地访视、抽查考核等方式进行评价并持续改进质量,实施1年后比较87名骨科护士岗位目标评价指标他评结果变化情况。[结果]实施临床护士岗位目标管理1年后,骨科护士护理规章制度、护理安全和临床护理能力的达标情况均有不同程度提高,与实施前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]临床护士岗位目标评价管理改变了质量评价单一的现状,促进了护士的个人成长,又为骨科护理质量改进提供了保障。
Objective:To probe into the application effect of evaluation system of clinical nurses post objective in department of orthopedics ward.Method:To establish the evaluation system of clinical nurses post objective and make clear the evaluation methods of each index.In the form of manager evaluation(he Commentary),a total of54 nurses in department of orthopedics were evaluated and continuously improved in the way of inquiry,data consultation,field visits,spot checks and so on.After one year of implementation,the post objective evaluation indexes of 87 nurses in department of orthopedics were compared.Result:After one year of implementation of clinical nurses post goal management,nursing rules and regulations,nursing safety and clinical nursing ability of nurses in department of orthopedics increased to varying degrees,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusions:The management of post objective evaluation of clinical nurses had changed the status quo of single quality evaluation,promoted the personal growth of nurses,and provided aguarantee for the improvement of nursing quality in department of orthopedics.
