HIV阳性孕妇服药依从性的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of medication compliance of HIV positive pregnant women

[目的]调查人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)阳性孕妇对高效抗反转录病毒治疗(HARRT)的依从性,并分析其影响因素。[方法]选取62例HIV阳性孕妇,利用自行设计的调查问卷收集病人的基本信息、感染途径及服药依从性等相关信息。[结果]62例HIV阳性孕妇中,51例依从性良好,11例依从性较差;影响HIV阳性孕妇服药依从性的因素有年龄、文化程度、有无子女、感染途径等。[结论]医护人员应针对影响HIV阳性孕妇服药依从性的年龄、感染途径等因素进行心理护理、定期随访等,提高其服药依从性,达到有效阻断母婴传播的目的。

Objective:To investigate the compliance of highly active antiretroviral therapy(HARRT)in HIVpositive pregnant women and analyze the influencing factors.Method:A total of 62 HIV-positive pregnant women were selected to collect the basic information,the route of infection and the medication compliance of patients by self-designed questionnaire.Result:In 62 cases of HIV-positive pregnant women,51 cases had good compliance and 11 cases had poor compliance.Influencing factors of HIV-positive pregnant women medication compliance were age,educational level,with or without children,ways of infection and so on.Conclusions:Health care workers should aiming at HIV-positive pregnant women medication compliance age,route of infection and other factors for psychological care,regular follow-up,improve their medication compliance aiming at HIV-positive pregnant women medication compliance age,route of infection and other factors for psychological care,regular follow-up,to effectively block the mother-to-child transmission.
