摘要
采用硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸体系消解土壤,用火焰原子吸收光谱法检测土壤中重金属铬的含量,在0.00~1.00mg/L之间相关系数可达0.9995。该方法操作简便,重现性好,对大多数元素有较高灵敏度,应用广泛。
The soil was digested with nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid system, and the content of heavy metal chromium in soil was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The correlation coefficient between0. 00-1. 00 mg/L was 0. 9995. The method is simple, reproducible and has high sensitivity to most elements and is widely used.
