美国物理治疗专业同质化教育的启示及思考 被引量:7

摘要 在中国康复专业人员的数量及质量是制约我国康复事业发展的主要因素,康复及相关专业高等教育正处于发展阶段,各院校在康复领域人才培养目标定位、培养方案、课程设置等方面存在明显差异,教学质量及质量控制程度不一,毕业生专业素质水平差别很大。物理治疗学(Physical Therapy,PT)是康复专业领域主要的岗位职业之一。物理治疗在美国目前已形成一套严谨规范的物理治疗师教育培养体系,教学质量及毕业生专业水平高度同质化,是全球康复领域专业化职业教育的范本。本文就美国物理治疗学专业在同质化教育方面进行剖析和探讨,以期对我们今后在康复治疗学专业教育的发展有所启示和借鉴。 The main factors that restrict development of rehabilitation science in China are quantity and quality of rehabilitation professionals. Currently, among all rehabilitation programs in China, there are great differences existed in their goals, curricula, and content areas which further cause big differ- ences in rehab education provided and quality control of the education. Consequently, it is obvious to see the significant difference of quality of their graduates. Physical Therapy (PT) is one of the key re- habilitation professionals. In US, PT education has developed into a nationally homogenized, stand- ard, and rigorous system to educate and train quality future physical therapists, which plays a leading role in rehabilitation education in the world. This article introduced, analyzed, and discussed the ho- mogenized PT education in US. It is expected these contents presented may provide insightful revela- tion and references for educators in China's professional rehabilitation education.
