The Framework of Metacognition in Higher Medical Education

临床思维是元认知调控下的认知活动,可为问题解决提供策略。因此,以学生为学习的主体,建构元认知框架,并在早期、关键期和后期教学与临床实践中不断完善,可提高学生的自主学习与解决问题的能力。

Clinical thinking is the process of cognitive activities under metacognitive regulation, which provides strategies for problem solving. Therefore, the framework of metacognition should be con- structed with students as the main part of learning, and it should be improved in the early, critical and later stages of teaching and clinical practice to improve students＇ autonomous learning and problem solving ability.
