结合医学高职人才培养的特点与职业素质培养的个性化需求,提出将素质拓展训练融入体育教学的建设思路,阐述了课程改革的必要性、项目设计思路,以及实践工作开展情况、存在问题与改进方向。

According to the characteristics of medical vocation and different demand for occupation quality training, innovative construction ideas were put forward that integrate the quality development training into physical education. This paper expounds the necessity of curriculum reform, project design, and practice to carry out the work, problems and directions of improvement, has better practice and reference value.
