摘要 探索在对埃塞俄比亚军事医疗援助任务中,结合耳鼻咽喉科学临床诊疗帮扶工作开展针对埃塞军队学员进行临床教学。针对存在的文化风俗差异、教学条件简陋等问题,采取加强交流沟通、注重结合军事化特点等策略。通过综合采用PBL、强化三基训练、4S教学法、增强测评以及结合埃塞本土特点教学,取得较好效果。 The aim of this study was to explore the potential challenges and valid procedures for clinical teaching combining with the military medical aid on Otolaryngology to Ethiopia. The major problems were the cultural, religious distinctions and poorly equipped teaching facility. A comprehensive strategy including enhancing of mutual communications, focusing on military characters was carried out. The satisfactory result was achieved based on the applications of PBL, basic training, 4S method, strengthening of testing and evaluation as well as a combination with local features in teaching practice.
