摘要
目的了解当前医学检验专业本科生科研基本情况,探究影响科研现状的因素及提升策略,进一步提高医检专业本科生科研思维和能力。方法采用问卷调查的方式对某高校医检专业部分本科生进行调查和分析。结果医检本科生科研参与率低,科研成果少,科研能力弱,对科研及科研与将来就业的关系缺乏足够认识。学习成绩及科研兴趣、院系科研宣传力度及科研氛围、科研未来工作相关度是影响本科生参与科研的重要因素。结论科研对于医检本科生发展有重要意义,为改善医检本科生科研兴趣低、科研能力弱等科研现状,应着力培养学生创新能力、改革教学模式、加强宣传力度、完善导师制度,增强本科生的综合科研水平及科研素质,培养更多医检科研人才。
Objective The main purposes are to understand the basic situation of undergraduate scientific research programs in medical technology, and meanwhile to explore the causes of affecting them and the promoting strategy which can further improve the scientific thinking and ability of medical tech- nology undergraduates. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze some undergrad uates majoring in medical technology in a certain medical university. Results The majority of medical technology undergraduates have insufficient interest in scientific research activities, lacking in enough understanding of them and the relationship between scientific research and future employment, and weak scientific research ability. In addition, it are also the important factors to affect the undergradu ates participating in the undergraduates that some differences include the undergraduates' academic record and their interest in scientific research, the intensity of department's propaganda and the pro- fessional scientific research atmosphere, the correlation between scientific research and future employ-ment. Conclusion Scientific research is of great significance to the development of medical technology undergraduates. So as to solve some current problems such as weak scientific research ability and in- terest of them, it is necessary to improve their comprehensive ability of scientific research through some measures, such as training their creativity, reforming the teaching model, strengthening the propaganda and improving the tutorial system, so that we can cultivate more medical technology pro- fessionals outstanding in the field of scientific research.
