大学生孤独感在社会支持和手机成瘾间的中介效应

Mediating Effect of Loneliness in Social Support and Cell Phone Addiction among College Students

目的分析孤独感,社会支持对海南省大学生手机成瘾的影响,重点分析孤独感在在社会支持和手机成瘾间的中介效应。方法从海南省多所高校抽样1 420名在校大学生进行问卷调查,采用多元回归分析来分析手机成瘾倾向和孤独感、社会支持三个变量之间的关系。结果大学生社会支持与手机成瘾及其各维度均呈负相关。此外,大学生孤独感与手机成瘾及其各维度均呈正相关,且孤独感在手机成瘾和社会支持间起到完全的中介作用。结论孤独感可以预测手机成瘾,降低大学生孤独感对手机成瘾预防具有重要意义。

Objective To explore the influence of loneliness and social support on the cell phone addiction of college students in Hainan, and mainly focus on analyzing the mediating effect of loneliness in social support and cell phone addiction. Methods In this study, a total of 1 420 undergraduates in Hainan were investigated by the questionnaire as the research objects. Using the multivariate regression analyze the relationship between cell phone addiction and loneliness, social support. Results The re- sults showed students＇ social support and phone addictions and its dimensions were negatively correla- ted. In addition, college students＇ loneliness is positively related to cell phone addiction and their di- mensions and loneliness plays a mediating role between mobile addiction and social support. Conclu- sion Loneliness can predict cell phone addiction. Reduce the loneliness of college students on the pre- vention of mobile addiction is of great significance.
