基于微信平台联合TBL+CBL教学法在MBBS留学生急诊医学教学中的探索 被引量:16

摘要 目前,我国高校医学院中全英文授课临床医学本科留学生人数不断增加,传统的上大课宣讲PPT的教学模式已经不能满足教学要求。该研究通过在同济大学医学院急诊医学主干课程中采用微信平台辅助的TBL+CBL教学模式,利用微信"群"的功能提前向学生推送相关病例信息,指导其预习,在实际病例讨论阶段,通过设问、分析、小组讨论、小结和总结反馈等方法,全方位、多角度调动学生学习的积极性和主观能动性,进行教学改革,有效地提高了课堂效率,增强了学生的自主学习能力,高质量地达到学习目标,提高了学习成绩,增加了教学的深度,拓宽了教学的广度,增进了师生关系,对提高教学质量起到积极的作用。 Recently, the number of oversea medical students in China is increasing. The traditional teaching method lag behind the requirements of teaching for Bachelor of Medicine/bachelor of surgery (MBBS)students. We adopt a new teaching method that is the application of WeChat platform with the Team-based learning TBL-+- CBL in Emergency medicine teaching. The function of group was mainly utilized in pre-class preparation with detailed data of typical clinical case. During the stage of case-based learning, the questioning, analysis, small-group discussion and summary were utilized to improve teaching quality and increase the subjective initiative of students. Comparing with the tradi- tional teaching control group, the test group significantly improved the efficiency and performance of class learning, broadened the depth of teaching, improved the relationship of teachers and students, and resulted in the positive effects on improving the quality of teaching.
