摘要
目的:探讨三七多糖的体外抗氧化活性。方法:三七粗多糖经Sevage法纯化后用苯酚—硫酸法测定其含量,并采用还原/抗氧化能力、清除DPPH自由基、OH自由基和ABTS+自由基能力考察三七多糖的抗氧化能力。结果:三七多糖含量为80.49 mg/g;与对照品BHA和茶多酚相比较,还原/抗氧化能力和清除DPPH自由基能力(FRAP=11586.3μmol/g、IC50=0.055 mg/ml)都比茶多酚(FRAP=6507.5μmol/g、IC50=0.143mg/ml)强,但都比BHA(FRAP=1536.5μmol/g、IC50=0.030 mg/ml)弱;清除羟基自由基能力比BHA(IC50=0.028 mg/ml)及茶多酚(IC50=0.002 mg/m L)都强;清除ABTS+自由基能力(IC50=0.018 mg/ml)比BHA(IC50=0.175 mg/ml)强,但比茶多酚(IC50=0.002 mg/ml)弱。结论:三七多糖具有较强的抗氧化能力,为其生物活性的深入研究提供了参考依据。
Objective: To research the antioxidative activity in vitro of polysaccharides of Panaxnotoginseng( Burk.). Method: The polysaccharides of Panaxnotoginseng purified through Sevage method and the content was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry. Its antioxidant activity was extimated by reducing/antioxidant ability,scavenging DPPH·,OH· and ABTS+· ability for polysaccharides of Panaxnotoginseng. Results: The content of polysaccharides of Panaxnotoginseng was 80. 49 mg/g;Compared with the positive control BHA and tea polyphenol( TP),reducing/antioxidant ability and scavenging DPPH· of polysaccharides of Panaxnotoginseng( FRAP 11586. 3 μmol/g and IC500. 055 mg/ml) was higher than TP( FRAP = 6507. 5 μmol/g、IC50= 0. 143 mg/ml),but weaker than BHA( FRAP = 1536. 5 μmol/g、IC50= 0. 030 mg/ml). Scavenging OH· activity was higher than BHA( IC50= 0. 028 mg/ml) and TP( IC50= 0. 002 mg/ml). Scavenging ABTS+· activity(IC50= 0. 018 mg/ml) was higher than BHA( IC50= 0. 175 mg/ml),but weaker than TP( IC50= 0. 002 mg/ml). Conclusion: The polysaccharides of Panaxnotoginseng showed high antioxidant activity,which provided the biological activity of reference for further research.
