腰间盘突出症应用康复护理干预的临床分析

Therapeutic effects of rehabilitation nursing intervention on intervertebral disc herniation

目的观察腰间盘突出症应用康复护理干预的临床效果,为临床治疗腰间盘突出症提供有效参考。方法选择收治的腰间盘突出症患者118例,患者随机分为研究组与常规组,每组59例。常规组患者给予常规护理干预措施、研究组患者在常规护理干预措施基础上,给予康复护理干预措施。对比2组患者临床护理效果,观察2组患者病情变化。结果研究组总有效率达98.31%,常规组总有效率为79.66%,研究组总有效率显著优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者总满意率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者血栓发生率、VAS均明显优于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规护理措施与康复护理干预措施相结合,可有效降低患者疾病复发率,减轻患者的疼痛感受,临床治疗成效确切,患者及其家属均认可治疗方式,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of rehabilitation nursing intervention on intervertebral disc herniation in order to provide important reference for treatment of intervertebral disc herniation in clinic. Methods A total of 118 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into research group and control group,with 59 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,however, the patients in research group,on the basis of control group, were treated by rehabilitation nursing intervention. The clinical curative effects and changes of disease condition were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in research group was 98. 31% ,which was 79. 66% in control group,and total effective rate in research group was superior to that in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Moreover the rehabilitation nursing intervention on basis of routine nursing intervention had obvious nursing effects. Conclusion The combination application of routine nursing measures and rehabilitation nursing interventions is an effective way to decrease relapse rate,relieve pain feeling of patients,which has definite clinical curative effects,therefor,which is worth using widely in clinical practice.
