摘要
在研究重庆市"多规合一"的背景、研究进展和地理国情普查成果的基础上,分析了"多规合一"的数据需求;结合地理国情数据的优势以及地理国情数据、地理国情技术和技术人员3方面的支撑作用,得出地理国情数据支撑"多规合一"工作实施的4个方面:基础资料准备与建库、规划差异分析与协调、"一张蓝图"成果管理、动态数据更新与监测管理;并通过案例进行了实践探索研究。
Based on the background and research progress of Multiple Plans Integration and the results of the geographical conditions census in Chongqing,this paper analyzed the data demands of Multiple Plans Integration.Combined with the advantages of geographical conditions data and the support of three aspects including the geographical conditions data,the geographical conditions technologies and technical staff,the paper concluded the four aspects of the Multiple Plans Integration work supported by geographical conditions data,such as the basic data preparation and construction,planning differences analysis and coordination,the result management of "a blueprint",dynamic data update and monitoring management.
