关于大中学生权益维护问题的思考

Research on the Problem of Safeguard Rights of College and Middle School Students

本文在分析大中学生依法维权意识较差、维权组织帮助不到位的内因及外因的基础上,对大中学生权益维护问题提出了相应的建议,即加强法治基础教育,培养大中学生法治观念;开展依法维权教育,增强大中学生的维权能力;构建大中学生维权工作体系,强化对大中学生维权的组织保障。

The key problems in the current safeguard rights condition of college and middle school students are that,the consciousness of safeguard rights according to law is weak,and the help of organization is lacking.In order to solve these problems,we should do two things.One hand,we should train the consciousness of safeguard rights according to law of college and middle school students,so that they can play a subjective role.Thus,to enhance the legal education so that to cultivate the concept of rule of law of college and middle school students is needed.At the same time,to car- ry on the education of safeguard rights according to law to enhance the ability on safeguard rights is necessary.On the other hand,we should construct a work system of safeguard rights of college and middle school students,and strengthen the organization guarantee of safeguard rights of college and middle school students.Specifically,we should set up special safeguard right organization to provide professional service ;at the same time we should put to good use of the core ef- fects of the Communist Youth League and Student Union as the organizational guarantee to safeguard rights.
