当前,我国检察官助理的角色定位和职责分工处于一种"模糊"状态,不仅检察官助理被视为"预备检察官",检察官助理本人也将"入额"作为自己的"晋升"目标。本文在介绍美国检察人员分类和分工的基础上,就我国检察官助理的角色定位、职责分工等问题提出了相关建议。

The assistant prosecutor＇s role and responsibilities are both in a fuzzy state,not only the assistant prosecutors were considered as prosecutors,assistant prosecutors also consider the identity change to prosecutor as a promotion^The assistant prosecutor and prosecutor belong to different staff series,the assistant prosecutor can be changed to the prose- cutor,but it is neither the promotion nor salary increase,is only the change of identity.The difference between our procurator assistant and the prosecutor is more about identity than the ability.They should be able to participate in the whole process of investigation,interrogation and court appearance in the name of the prosecutor,just like the American counterparts.
