摘要
本文采用探索性因子分析和结构方程建模等方法,考察学习者英语学习情感投入的构成及其对学习成绩的作用机制。结果表明,被试英语学习情感投入可以分为内在情感投入和外在情感投入两大类,前者包括英语学习兴趣、英语学习信心和英语学习价值,后者包括对学校满意度、对学校归属感和对教师认同感。英语学习内在情感投入对学习成绩产生直接的正向预测作用,外在情感投入通过内在情感投入的中介作用对学习成绩产生间接的预测作用。
Employing exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modeling,this article examines the components of affective engagement with EFL learning and its effect on academic achievement.The results indicate that affective engagement with EFL learning falls into 2 categories:1)internal affective engagement,which is composed of EFL learning confidence,interest and value,and has a direct effect on academic achievement;and 2)external affective engagement,which consists of satisfaction with school,belonging to school and identification with teachers,and,mediated by internal affective engagement,has an indirect effect on academic achievement.
