阿维菌素B_2防治铁棍山药根结线虫病药效研究

Research on Efficacy of Avermectin B_2 Against Root-knot Nematode of Dioscorea opposite Thumb.cv.Tiegun

本研究为明确阿维菌素B_2对铁棍山药根结线虫的防治效果、增产效果和施药方法进行了田间试验。结果表明,土壤处理时施用5%阿维菌素B_2水分散粒剂15 kg/hm^2与有机肥混匀撒施并翻耕漫灌,定植期用5%阿维菌素B_2乳油800倍液浸种处理10 min,并用5%阿维菌素B_2乳油15 L/hm^2随水冲施,地下茎生长前期用5%阿维菌素B_2乳油30 L/hm^2随水冲施,防治效果最好,达到86.96%;增产效果最高,增产率达47.24%,可大面积推广使用。

This study conducted a field experiment to clear the control effect of avermectin B~ on root-knot nematode ,yield-increasing effect and the spraying method.The results showed that the control effect was the best in the following conditions ,soil treatment with 15 kg/hm2 5% avermectin B2 WG and organic fertilizer blending broadcast and tillage irrigation;in planting date, 800 times 5% avermectin B2 EC soaking for 10 minutes, 15 L/hm2 5% avermectin B2 EC with the water spraying, 30 L/hm2 5% avermectin B2 EC with the water spraying in the underground stem prophase growth stage, the best control effect reached 86.96% ,the yield increased 47.24%.It can be applied in large area.
