不同方法提取天竺葵活性成分及抑菌分析 被引量:2

Active Components Extracted by Different Methods from Pelargonium graveolensand and Antibacterial Analysis

摘要 以植物为原料,经化学提取获取功能活性成分成为一大研究领域。本试验以香叶天竺葵为研究对象,采用4种提取方法进行生物活性物质提取。结果表明,乙醚浸提和乙醇浸提相比,乙醚提取率远高于乙醇提取率;索氏提取与乙醇浸泡相比,索氏提取的提取率高于乙醇浸泡的提取率;超声波辅助提取法(乙醇作溶剂)与乙醇浸泡相比,提取效率相当,超声波辅助提取的提取时间远小于乙醇浸提。将4种提取方法所得提取物分别配制成浓度为2、4、6 mg/m L的丙酮溶液,进行桃褐腐菌的抑菌试验分析。结果显示,4种提取方法所得提取物均对桃褐腐菌的生长繁殖有抑制效果,且抑菌效果随浓度的增大而增强。6 mg/m L时,乙醚提取物的抑菌率高达50.3%,乙醇提取物的抑菌率在31.3%~37.3%之间。 Obtaining functional active components by chemical extraction from plant has become a major research field. In this experiment, bioactive substances were extracted by four methods from Pelargonium graveolens.The results showed that the extraction rate of ether was much higher than that of ethanol with conventional solvent extract ; the soxhlet extraction rate was higher than the conventional solvent extraction rate using ethanol ; the ultrasonic-assisted extraction rate was equal with the conventional solvent extraction rate using ethanol ,but the extraction time of the ultrasonic- assisted extraction was much shorter than the conventional solvent extraction.The bacteriostasis experiments of extracts from four extraction methods were carried out on monilina fructicola with the concentration of 2 mg/mL,4 mg/mL, and 6 mg/mL in acetone.The results showed that the extracts obtained by the four methods had inhibitory effects on the growth and reproduction of monilina fructicola,the inhibitory effect increased with the increase of concentration.When the concentration was 6 mg,/mL,the inhibitory rate of bioactive substances extracted by ether was 50.3% ,and the inhibitory rate of bioactive substances extracted by ethanol was 31.3%-37.3%.
