摘要
食品中重金属污染日益严重,已影响人类健康、经济和生态的可持续发展。目前用于检测重金属的方法很多,包括光谱法、电化学法、色谱法、比色法、免疫法、快速检测技术等,本文主要总结了常用检测方法和新型检测方法,以期为食品重金属检测提供参考。
As we know, the increasing pollution of heavy metals in food has affected human health, the sustainable development of ecology and economy.Currently,many methods are applied to detect heavy metals,including spectroscopy,electrochemistry,chromatogr-aphy,colorimetry, immunoassay,rapid detections and so on.This paper summarized the common detection methods and new detection methods of heavy metals in food,in order to provide reference for the detection of heavy metals in food.
