地方院校教学实验室与科研的共赢发展探讨

摘要 地方院校教学实验室比较完备,但主要承担教学和本科毕业论文等方面的实验,利用率低,且管理困难。与此同时,地方院校专门的科研平台比较缺乏,科研工作的开展受到极大限制。针对这种现象,本文深入分析了教学实验室问题产生的原因,结合科研工作的现实需求,提出了加强实验室与科研相联系的解决方案,阐述了该方案的必要性和可行性,并探讨了具体的措施,以期为促进地方院校教学实验室和科研工作的双赢发展提供有益的建议。 The teaching-lab of local colleges is well constructed in recent years. However, it mainly takes the experiment of teaching and undergraduate thesis,which is low in utilization and difficult to manage.Meanwhile, the special scientific research platform in local colleges is lack, and the development of scientific research is greatly restricted.Thus, based on those phenomena, the causes of problem in teaching-lab were analyzed deeply in this paper, combined with the actual needs of scientific research,the strategies to enhance the relationship between laboratory and scientific research were put forward, the necessity and feasibility of this strategy were demonstrated, and the specific measures were discussed, so as to supply some useful opinions for improving the bilateral development of teaching-lab and scientific research in colleges.
