摘要 热轧主轧线设置2台全液压控制卷取机,投产以后,卷取机的头部打滑现象时有发生。该现象会引起塔形、面包卷和头部叠板等卷形缺陷,且严重时还可以导致两分切、卷废等事故,从而影响轧线的成材率、废品率、作业率和卷形等指标。为此,针对卷取机打滑现象的原因进行系统分析,并对控制卷取机打滑问题的要点进行了梳理总结。 There are 2 coilers in hot plant. From the putting into production on, the failures of tension built during the strip head coiling often happened, the appearance will cause many coil defects, for example tower type, bread coil, double head and so on, even result in dichotomy, abandon coils, and influence the material yield, the rate of rejects, the operation rate, the qualified rate of coil shape and so on. So, the article analyzed the cause of the failure of tension built, and summarized the key points about how to prevent the failure about tension built.
