摘要
冶金企业节能降耗已成为共识,深入挖潜势在必行。钢厂蒸汽系统管网布满全厂,因输送引起的蒸汽损失往往被忽视,尤其疏水系统的疏水阀选型不合理、本体泄漏、布局不合理等造成的蒸汽损失更为常见。根据对某钢厂的疏水系统做的深入调研分析发现,上述问题导致的年度损失超过1万tce。针对蒸汽管网疏水系统存在的问题提出了疏水系统的节能改造方案,可有效降低疏水泄漏量。
Saving energy and reducing consumption has become a consensus in steel mills. Steam pipe network system spreads to the entire factory. Steam loss caused by conveying is often overlooked, especially for the hydrophobic system. Unreasonable selection of steam traps, leakage of ontology, unreasonable layout, etc. , may all contribute to steam loss. According to an in - depth investigation of the hydrophobic system of a certain steel mill, its annual loss even amounts to more than 10000 tce. Aimed at the problems, energy - saving retrofit scheme for hydrophobic system is put forward, which can effectively reduce steam leakage.
