摘要
A型肉毒素是一种肉毒梭状芽胞杆菌产生的神经毒素,在我国的应用已有近20年。临床实践和前期研究均证实了A型肉毒素在治疗皮肤皱纹、瘢痕、腋窝多汗征、腋臭、色汗症、汗腺囊瘤、汗疱疹、反向银屑病、家族性良性天疱疮、雷诺综合征、疱疹后神经痛和慢性单纯性苔藓等方面的应用潜力。本文旨在综合分析A型肉毒素在皮肤科的应用现状和前景。
Botulinum toxin A is a kind of neurotoxin produced by clostridium botulinum, and has been applied for nearly twenty years in our country.The potential application of botulinum toxin A in treating the skin wrinkle, scar, axillary hyperhidrosis, axillary bromhidrosis, chromhidrosis, hydrocystoma, dyshidrotic eczema, inverse psoriasis, Hailey-Hailey disease, Raynaud＇s syndrome, post-herpetic neuralgia and lichen simplex chronicus has been confirmed both in clinical practice and previous studies.The current paper is to review comprehensively the application status and the prospect of botulinum toxin A in dermatological treatment.
